workshop 2a & b ‘trust & betrayal’

Participants in the Wednesday workshop on ‘beginnings’ decided we should dive into the deep end with workshop 2 with the theme of ‘betrayal’. 

We established a groundwork of trust in order for the group to be able to approach this subject with people who do not know each other, and noted that there can be no betrayal without trust.

After the trust exercises and some group work, we had an improvised ‘theatre of trust and betrayal’ before looking at the Lincoln Mystery Plays texts, with work on the trial with Pilate, the betrayal by Peter, Abraham & Isaac among others
